Made with lactobacillus, coriander and sea salt. The base Gose was aged on 300lbs of Niagara sour cherries and then dry-hopped with Galaxy and Citra hops.
Saison brewed and dry-hopped exclusively with Citra hops.
After recently being informed that one of our Graffiti Market/Red Circle family members, Sarah Sharkey, had been diagnosed with stage four lung cancer, we wanted to name our first Citra Saison in honour of her.
Portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Grand River Cancer Centre in honour of Sarah Sharkey.
